Howard Stover
Howard Stover leads the efforts on the communication system for the Functional Electrical Stimulation Battery Powered Microstimulator, or FES-BPM. This system provides wireless, non-inductive communication between an implant and its external master controller. He is a listed inventor on several US patents. Mr. Stover earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the California Institute of Technology.
