Bioness partnered with NESS Ltd. to launch two devices in the United States: the H200 Hand Rehabilitation System to help those with upper limb impairments and the L300 Foot Drop System to assist those with foot drop regain a more normal gait. In January 2008, Bioness took this partnership a step further by acquiring NESS Ltd., enabling Bioness to bring together its new products undergoing development with the NESS commercial products.

In 2011, Bioness released its latest innovation, the L300 Plus for Thigh Weakness. The L300 Plus System builds on the success of the L300 Foot Drop System by adding a thigh cuff to give patients greater control over bending and straightening the knee, which may help them walk more naturally.
